Absolutely incredible Airbnb. Cannot recommend this place enough. We stayed for 10 nights and none of my family wanted to leave the villa during our stay! The amenities are in abundance and the pictures don’t even do the property justice. Would absolutely love to come back! Thank you.

Kostas med sitt team var väldigt vänliga och hjälpsamma med allt under vår vistelse med min familj. Jättebra service även från “Kids in Greece” barnvakts tjänst som vi fick rekommenderat via Kostas och hans team som vi använde oss av. Uteplatsen var magiskt och hade en fantastiskt utsikt samt bekvämligheter för fina middagar och umgänge. Rekommenderar starkt denna fina villa.
Really loved the villa. It was perfect for my family – loads of space, beautiful view, great pool, every amenity we could think of, etc etc. The kids particularly loved the ping pong table – a bonus! Everything about the house and the amenities were clearly well considered and high quality and exceeded our expectations. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it!!
Definitely the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at! The pictures do not perceive – it is incredibly beautiful with an unbelievable view of the sea. The house and yard are perfect. It is so well laid out for larger groups like we had – a few families; there’s a gym area, there’s a kids area, pool is incredible. Not to mention the outdoor grill and dinner table are perfect for the setting.Just as good as the house was the wonderful hostess/owner who was incredibly proactive, incredibly kind, and incredibly responsive if we had any questions. A must stay!

Kostas Etouris villa was a beautiful villa in a fantastic location. Sided by the owners fantastic communication which made the check in, stay and check out simple and painless. The facilities to use were clean and clear which again made for a fantastic stay. I would 100% recommend and will certainly be back!
Wir waren insgesamt 10 Tage da und es war Großartig, wir hatten leider etwas Pech mit dem Wetter aber haben das Beste daraus gemacht, das Haus war wie beschrieben und der Service war sehr gut, jederzeit wieder. Danke.

Great place to stay with the family, beach and lots of restaurants a short drive away (5-10mins). We had young kids and grandparents with us and all loved it. The pool was definetly a big hit! Eirini was a great host, good communication and lovely local recommendations. Thank you for having us!

😀 – Fantastisk hus med fantastisk udsigt. Vi havde den bedste familieferie, hvor intet manglede. Huset er placeret med stor respekt for ens privatliv – ingen naboer foran den store terrasse som kan generes af musik eller støj fra børnene. De små børn elskede den dejligt kølende pool og gyngerne, teenagerne nød træningscentret og de store skærme med Playstation 5. Stor ros til værterne som sørgede for at vi havde alt vi havde brug for – varm velkomst med tapas og kold hvidvin. Var altid tilgængelige og alligevel diskrete, så vi følte os hjemme uden af blive forstyrret. Et sandt paradis, hvor kombinationen af luksus, komfort og den usammenlignelige udsigt gjorde,, at vi ikke ønskede at forlade stedet. Kan varmt anbefales til enhver der ønsker at forkæle sig selv med et uforglemmeligt ophold. 😞 – None
Wat hebben wij een fantastische vakantie gehad in Virtus in Mare. De villa was precies zoals beschreven in de omschrijving. Wij raden iedereen deze villa aan als je wilt genieten van een prachtige view! De eigenaren waren super lief voor ons en stonden altijd voor ons klaar.

😀 – The property is modern, spacious with a natural decorative color. The view is breathtaking, inspiring serenity and peaceful mind. 😞 – There are two areas within the outside space, one dedicated to a small playground and one for chilling and enjoying the spectacular view. Unfortunately both areas are covered with artificial grass, failing to blend harmoniously with the surrounding landscape. A more thoughtful landscaping approach using natural plants would enhance the property even more
Fantastic villa for our family with great communal spaces. The view is better than the pictures and the short drive down to the beach is easy. Extremely clean! And the cleaning service was impeccable.Well stocked kitchen above and beyond your typical airbnb. The gym was well equipped for a home setup with dumbbells up to 20kg and a variety of kettlebells.Extremely quiet and peaceful.Fantastic host with lots of recommendations and very responsive. Perfect for a family or group of friends.
This house made me want to move there. It’s located in the cutest little town near Kalives. Great spot not too touristy with great hospitality. The house is built to perfection. Extremely soundproof, high quality build. The pool is awesome kids were able to flip and dive as much as they wanted. The charcoal bbq was such a game changer!! We had the best meals! The owner of the house, Irene, is a gem in itself! She made us the best recommendations and all of them did not disappoint!!! They greeted us with a traditional Cretan cheese platter and cheese pies as well as a bottle of wine. I can only say that I will definitely be back!!!

Wunderschöner ungestörter Rückzugsort zum Entspannen. Traumhafter Blick und sehr modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Eigentümer haben sich während unserem Aufenthalt sehr um unser Wohl gekümmert – wir kommen wieder.

Spędziliśmy w willi wspaniałe 10 dni. Dom jest bardzo komfortowy i nieskazitelnie czysty. Wygląda identycznie jak na zdjęciach. Ogromnym plusem był basen, wiele stref relaksu oraz dobrze wyposażona siłownia na świeżym powietrzu. Byliśmy grupą 9 osób, a dobre rozplanowanie domu oraz ogrodu sprawiło, że każdy mógł odpocząć. W kuchni są wszelkie możliwe sprzęty do przygotowania posiłków. Posiadłość jest ogrodzona i zapewnia pełną prywatność oraz fenomenalne widok na morze. Gospodarz reaguje na każdą potrzebę natychmiastowo, oferuje pomoc w wyborze ciekawych destynacji wycieczek oraz lokalnych restauracji.Polecam w 100% to miejsce!

We had a lovely stay at Virtus in Mare Villa! From the moment we stepped inside, we were captivated by its charm and comfort. The attention to detail in its design is impeccable, and it is sparkling clean and homey. Irene and Manolis our gracious hosts, welcomed us warmly, making us feel at home right away. We came with three little kids, and were delighted to find that the Villa was well- designed to cater their needs. The pool was a favourite with an extra children’s pool and so was the outdoor kitchen and BBQ area which we used nearly for all of our meals! The property is completely secure for children. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this for a family group! It is important to note that having a car is a must to explore the nearby beaches, supermarkets and restaurants (just a 5-10 min drive). We highly recommend this stunning Villa for your next stay in Crete!”
😀 – We enjoyed a lovely, comfortable, and spotlessly clean stay in the villa. Irene and Manolis were excellent hosts who offered us a variety of cheese sausages from their welcome shop, fruit and eggs. The villa is located in a great area 5 minutes from famous beaches and restaurants and 15 minutes from Chania. It has unobstructed sea views and really is a refuge that when you are there time freezes. Very nicely decorated space, excellent equipment in the kitchen of the house and barbecue, wonderful sleep in the beds. Another thing that impressed us was that the temperature inside the house was as if we had the air conditioning on. Working out in the outdoor gym with this incredible view was something magical. We highly recommend, and we will return again to live this experience of relaxation and tranquility. The hosts were recommend us the best restaurants, beaches to visit and made us feel so at home from the first moment!! 😞 – None
We had an amazing holiday in this beautiful house located in a stunning spot with fantastic views. The house is tastefully decorated and offers complete privacy. The surroundings are peaceful and surrounded by olive trees, yet close to all amenities and charming villages.Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Eirini, a fantastic hostess who is very friendly and helpful. Both she and Manolis (her husband) are incredibly hospitable and always ready to assist. We were even surprised with a delicious charcuterie board and a bottle of wine upon arrival, which was a great start to our stay.The house lacks nothing and offers more than you would expect, and very clean! We enjoyed the beautiful gym and the fantastic outdoor kitchen, which is fully equipped.This place exceeded our expectations and we had an unforgettable holiday. Highly recommended!!

We had them all in our feet! The outdoor fitness area with a sea view inspired us to keep up with our workouts, and the variety of equipment available was impressive.
